Brand Transformation Centered on Human Impact

Insightec is a pioneer in incisionless neurosurgery, enabling clinicians to treat complex neurological conditions without invasive procedures. While the technology itself was groundbreaking, the brand narrative had become heavily centered on product and technical specifications. Insightec partnered with me to reframe the story around what truly matters: the real-world outcomes experienced by patients and the clinicians empowered to deliver life-changing care.

With the new narrative in place, the brand was redesigned from the ground up. This included a refreshed logo, a new visual identity system, and a refined tone of voice designed to balance medical credibility with clarity and empathy.

The work extended across photography direction and execution, a brand manifesto, and a comprehensive launch campaign that introduced the new Insightec story to the market. Every element was designed to reinforce consistency and emotional resonance across channels.

The foundation of the work was a strategic shift in storytelling. Rather than leading with technology, the refreshed narrative centered on neurosurgeons, neurologists, and radiologists using the Insightec platform to transform patients’ lives. This human-first approach elevated the brand from a technology solution to a catalyst for meaningful clinical impact.

Messaging and positioning were rebuilt to highlight confidence, trust, and partnership, ensuring the brand resonated equally with clinicians, healthcare systems, and patients.

Integrated Digital and Experiential Execution

The refreshed brand was brought to life through a fully redesigned website, including content strategy, UX, and UI. Digital experiences were crafted to guide users through complex information in a clear, approachable way, while reinforcing the human impact of the technology.

Beyond the web, the system scaled into video and motion graphics, digital experiential kiosks, and a wide range of marketing communications and sales enablement resources. Together, these touchpoints created a cohesive, immersive brand experience that reflected Insightec’s leadership in innovation and patient-centered care.
