The redesign of the Zenni website happened as part of a larger rebrand. Taking elements of the new visual identity and a revised user experience helped move Zenni away from a common templated experience, to a more dynamic, unique e-commerce destination.
It started with a deep dive into products, user flows and brand architecture. I went back to the beginning with wireframes to see how the user's experience could be improved. Then the site evolved the new brand to feel bright and colorful, while still maintaining refined user experience.
While the e-commerce site was the main brand touchpoint, Zenni needed something that could tell the new brand story outside of that sales experience. I created an interactive brand microsite to tell the main points of interest and tell the story in an engaging way.
